Facebook Buys Instagram

The largest social network has announced that negotiations to acquire Instagram reached to its completion and were successful. In sum, the deal is estimated at one billion dollars, this includes both cash and shares of Facebook.

In a press conference Mark Zukerberg Said “For many years, we worked on improving the ability to exchange photos between friends and relatives and finally we are able to offer users the best for the exchange of experience in creating beautiful pictures, depending on interest. Now we have to work more closely with the Instagram team. Its an important milestone in the history of Facebook”.
