Thailand Threatened by Tsunami: Tourists Evacuated
Thailand once again has been threatened by tsunami. Waves rise up to four meters can be covered Phuket, Krabi, Phi Phi, Phangan and other islands and resorts in the Andaman Sea on Wednesday, April 11, in the afternoon (and Thai – in the evening). And also the tourists, holiday makers on Phuket, Krabi and the Pangani have begun exported out from the seaside hotels to the internal districts of of the islands from the Wednesday after noon. This information was confirmed by the Federal Tourism Agency.
Also there has been a lot of panic in the streets of Indonesia as Double Quake hits the Aceh coast earlier today. The first earthquake magnitudes 8.7 and after 4 hours there has been another after shocks of powerful 8.2 magnitude. Tsunami warning has been issued and the cities have started evacuating.
